Our Adult and Youth Fitness clients are a big part of our Complete Strength family!
Personal Training can cost on average $40-70 per session. We offer training programs ranging from $13-25 per session for an Individual training program. We want to give you everything you need in a training program, for a more affordable rate!
We will create an Individual program for you (or your Group) based on your needs and goals: Weight-Loss, Strength, Muscle-Tone, Flexibility/Mobility, Overall Health. You'll work with a Personal Trainer every session on your own workout specific to your goals.
Our Fitness clients are anyone: Working parents, Busy adults, Students, Stay-at-home parents, Retirees, and anyone else looking for cost-effective Personal Training in a small-business, family atmosphere!
Our Group Training option is another low-cost option to enjoy training with Family members, Friends, Co-Workers, etc. 3 or More individuals training together for each session is $13 each!
